Over 95% of all calls into our Technical Support Center are resolved remotely, the same day the ticket is generated. Maintenance Offerings Synectic offers a variety of maintenance plans, varying from simple remote programming assistance to all-inclusive complete coverage. Our diverse offerings ensure that we have a plan that will work best for your needs. Synectic provides priority response for Synectic Maintenance customers. Synectic will respond with maintenance service for Maintenance customer’s major failures within four (4) hours of notification.
