Synectic staffs its Technical Service Center (TSC) with 3 dedicated Call Center Engineers and an overflow staff of 3 additional engineers from 8 am until 5 pm. We also have an emergency service engineer available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are committed to answering your call by a live person – not a voicemail or a list of prompts! We understand that your time is valuable, and want to help answer your question or resolve your problem as fast as we are able. We communicate with our customers via phone, email or fax – whatever is best for our customers. Synectic is proud of the fact that we resolve 95% all calls into our Technical Support Center remotely, the same day the ticket is generated. We value your time, and our record for resolving tickets, demonstrates this to our customers. |
